This was my first experience with Walser Mazda Service - and it was exceptional. I was grateful for James' attentiveness and effort to solve the problem. I had a high pitched noise coming from the rear of my CX-9 and James tried several approaches to solving the problem. An additional problem is that when I brought the vehicle in, the noise stopped. He and the mechanics tried multiple times to replicate the noise. In the end, the problem was solved. I appreciate his desire to solve the problem and not give up on it. I also appreciate the loaner while my car was in the shop.

James provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional and efficient! He made sure that I understood Mazda's recommendations for service and didn't just assume, he gave me the opportunity to make that decision. He made sure all of the snow was removed from my loaner car. And called and left a message when my car was ready. He was very accommodating!

I came in for a manufacturer recall on my CX9. It was easy to get appointment scheduled and I was given a loaner while my repair was completed. Very nice to have a freshly washed car when I came back to get my car.

Had 5 oil drips show up. The guys at Walser Polar Mazda spent 30 minutes cleaning and checking the oil drain plug, the oil filter and gasket plus everything else they could think of. They were quite thorough. No issues found and no charge for their expertise and time.

Regular maintenance and oil change. In and out in :45 minutes. The efficiency and cleanliness of the entire dealership is perfect. Great coffee and snacks too

Took our CX7 in for a couple recalls and the service was excellent. They were quick, thorough, and the car was washed and clean for pick up. Great place!

Setting up service appointment was easy. Service was completed quickly and effeciently. Staff was friendly and kept me informed of progress. Beautiful waiting area all part of newly built dealership. Car was washed and wiped down before being returned to me.

Best buying experience I've ever had! Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made.
