Went in for the same break issue but they couldn’t find the issue when is was right in. Plain sight felt like was being ignored of the issue and didn’t feel like I got the help i needed for me and my family safety and the car still having issue even after they replaced the rear brakes pads because the issue wasn’t the brake pad.

Very good, just need some accuracy on some items. Tire pressures all were above 35 psi around 37 plus cold tires. Stick for next service needed correction. Was set at mileage on vehicle after service. Small errors can lead to large errors.

If you are looking to buy a car ask for Moe Jameel. Moe was extremely pat and easy to work with the whole way through. This was my first time buying from a dealership so I was a little bit nervous, but he was quick to answer and questions and not pushy or intimidating at all. Great customer service and overall experience. Even stayed an hour past close to help me out.
Wonderful dealership with excellent facility and great personnel. They had the vehicle we were looking for in-stock and at a fair price. Our salesman was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We've also been very pleased with the service we've received from their Service Department in the past and look forward to working with them in the future. I have answered three reviews on the same service visit. This was a quick recall issue that was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Polar Mazda service and sales are top notch. The company that sends out these reviews repeatedly...not so much.

Just took home a 2018 CRV and soo happy with my purchase!!! I actually came in late Friday right before close and salesman Louie took the time to allow me to check it out and test drive it. Made appointment to come back the next morning to check it out some more and ask further questions. I know longer go to Mazda due to selling my Mazda to my dad and needing a bigger vehicle. I MISS the service at Mazda. Robert was great and makes me wish I could come back with my suburban.

Good experience with the oil change and tire rotation. One tire was losing air with low nighttime temps and I asked for that tire to be tested. No leak was found but it was suggested I take the tire to a tire shop with a submersion tank since their shop only had the soapy water spray technology. I appreciated that Walser Polar Mazda folks did not try to sell me a new set of tires.
We had been hemming and hawing over replacing our 2009 Mazda 6 but the final straw was the inability to get it repaired due to no parts being available. We wanted to get a 2025 CS-% Turbo because the 2026 CX-5 did not have a turbo option as well as the interior has very few buttons/knobs to control things.

Service is always exceptional at Walser Polar Mazda. You could eat off the floor in the service area. Advisors are always professional, helpful, courteous and honest. I came in with a weird problem and the service department completely took care of it. I really appreciate the narrated video summaries from the technician. The waiting area is welcoming and appreciate the beverages and snacks. After this last visit, I renewed my complete loyalty this dealership and my resolve that my next car purchase will be there.
Overall good experience, but the additional protection and gap coverage sell at the end was unexpected and we were told we could cancel the gap insurance if our insurance covered it. We did that, but instead of refunding the money it went back to the loan which was not explained to us and very disappointing because we wouldn’t have taken it out or put as much down if we new we weren’t getting the money back. Moe was extremely helpful, professional, and honest, which made our vehicle purchases the easiest one we have ever had. He has a great personality and is very honest as he explains every step of the process. He went above and beyond the norm.
We went through the process of purchasing a new vehicle that was supplemented by the USDVA with adaptive equipment which sometimes makes for a difficult transaction. Our sales representative was Moe Jameel. He represented Walser Mazda in an extremely professional manner, was highly intelligent, respectful, and friendly (with a fine sense of humor). I feel I payed a bit more than I wanted to for my used RAV4, but everything about the sales process has been great. There's been a couple service things in the first few weeks and I've been treated most fairly. Providing a Key Fob and investigating an issue with my sunroof (thought you were going to need to replace, it that wasn't the case). The loaner you provided was perfect.
I honestly do not even know where to begin. Five stars are simply not enough for Justin Squires and Tory Becker.

I purchased a new Miata that had issues with the appearance package install. I received a called from the GM personally wanting to assure me that it would be taken care of and he was willing to even replace my trunk with another one without the issue. I live 200 miles from there so arranged to get it looked at on my breakin oil change 1000 miles for me! Everyone was very friendly. James took the time to clearly explain all the issues with my car, including what needed immediate attention for safety reasons and what repairs could reasonably wait until I was in a better financial position. After I paid for everything, he brought my car right up to the door, which I really appreciated. It was a thoughtful touch and saved me from having to search for my Mazda among all the other Mazdas.

We are long-time Mazda owners and have purchased all of our six new Mazdas from Polar. This time we purchased a CX-50 Turbo. Our Sales Representative was Nathan and he treated us like we were his Grandparents. He respected our choices and went out of his way to get the car we wanted from another location.
